Job Description

New Era Technology seeks an IT support specialist to serve multiple client sites in Invercargill. You will be the first contact for a range of IT issues, performing face‑to‑face and ticket‑based support, prioritizing and troubleshooting with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

The role requires travel across the region, strong documentation, and a proactive, customer‑focused mindset. Certifications and hands‑on IT experience are essential. A company vehicle is provided for travel.
