Job Description

  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to end users.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (PCs, printers, network devices).
  • Support Microsoft environment including user accounts, email, and access management.
  • Handle network-related issues (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi connectivity).

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Good understanding of networking concepts (CCNA level).
  • Basic experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (user management, permissions).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in Microsoft Windows environments.
  • Experience in hardware installation and troubleshooting.
  • Experience supporting ERP or business applications.
  • Understanding of backup systems and data protection.
