IT Support Engineer

We currently have a vacancy for an IT Support Engineer fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will work onsite in client’s premises in Geneva, Switzerland. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Your tasks:

• Laptop Deployment & Device Management;
• Support deployment of new laptops using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot based on approved standards and available procedures;
• Assist users during device enrolment, configuration, and handover;
• Troubleshoot deployment and compliance issues;
• Coordinate network-related operational requests between business requisitioners and the external network service provider;
