This role focuses on resolving escalated and complex support tickets, executing Microsoft 365 projects, and maintaining high‑quality documentation, all under structured Service Delivery Manager coordination. You will work remotely to facilitate outcomes on higher‑level tickets that exceed our frontline Service Technician capabilities.
