Amazon is hiring an IT Support Engineer to deploy and maintain the technology infrastructure that powers fulfilment and logistics operations across Australia. This is an opportunity to join a specialist deployment team that brings new sites online and upgrades existing facilities across the national network. The role involves significant travel (50-60% of the time, up to 3 weeks per assignment) working hands-on with networking equipment, operational technology, and cross-functional teams at warehouse and logistics sites.
As an IT Support Engineer in the deployment team, you will be equal parts field engineer and project coordinator. Your work will span the full lifecycle of IT infrastructure delivery across Amazon’s Australian fulfilment network.
