Our client in Beira is looking for IT Support Engineer to join their team for a job vacancy within the Consulting Sector.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to users, resolving hardware, software, network, and infrastructure issues.

  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, operating systems, and applications to ensure optimal performance.

  • Support and monitor IT infrastructure, networks, and security systems, assisting in troubleshooting and prevention.

  • Manage support tickets and documentation, working independently and in collaboration with the IT team.

  • Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
