Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
Other Requirements :
- Able to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Willing to support shift work or overtime when required by production
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Job Descriptions :
- Perform troubleshooting for IT production equipment
- Provide Level 1 network support, MES and ERP system support
- Install, configure and update software applications
- Perform daily operational tasks
- Perform weekly preventive maintenance on production printers
- Assist with network point testing and patching, support basic switch troubleshooting
- Maintain and update IT asset inventory
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM2,900.00 per month
