Our friendly IT team has a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced IT Support Engineer who has a passion for all things technology to join the team in our Lidcombe office. This role upholds excellence in all Service Delivery and Service Management Activities in accordance with ITIL principles. You will be part of a dynamic team in an ever changing environment that takes pride in providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary escalation point for Level 1 support, resolving complex hardware and software issues that require deep-dive troubleshooting.
  • Own and execute infrastructure-based projects from start to finish. 
  • Drive the technical success of mergers and acquisitions by auditing legacy environments and spearheading the seamless migration and integration of new teams into our ecosystem.
