Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 1–2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other end-user equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents relating to Windows, macOS, Office 365, and business applications. Provide network support on LAN’s and Routers Support Microsoft 365 services including Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive. Perform routine administration of Windows and Linux servers, including patching, monitoring, backups, and maintenance tasks.
