The IT Support Engineer, Associate will be part of the Infor Global Sales team, responsible for delivering exceptional support across teams process and tools, support with testing, tool maintenance in terms of clauses library, procedures, processes, documentation, triage, and ticketing system.
Required Skills
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of Quality Assurance/Testing, Business Process Improvement, or Application Support experience.
- Ability to support and maintain and update tools, systems, and libraries (e.g., clauses library, templates, knowledge base)
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of configurations, data, and documentation
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
