IT Support Engineer – IT Asset & Patch Administrator

My client, a global, privately owned company is looking to expand its IT Infrastructure team by taking on 2 Infrastructure Engineers. This hybrid role involves working in the office 3 days a week and from home 2 days.

Responsibilities

  • Patch End User, Server, and Network Infrastructure, including laptops, desktops, printers, and physical and virtual servers.
  • Drive priorities and compliance of the Patching SLA.
  • Apply patches automatically and leverage tools to minimise exposure to vulnerabilities.
