Location: Durbanville, Cape Town

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:30 pm (UK working hours) + rotational weekend standby

Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a customer‑focused IT Support Engineer (2nd Line) to their technical support team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with service desk experience who enjoys problem‑solving and delivering high‑quality support in a fast‑paced MSP environment.
