Responsibilities

  • Setup and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
  • Maintain firewalls, security policies, and provide technical support
  • Create documentation and troubleshooting tips
  • Manage computers, laptops, and other IT equipment
  • Act as Data Protection Officer in the Philippines
  • Implement security protocols and manage DNS settings

Requirements

  • Experience in IT support role
  • Familiarity with Cloud Computing, Microsoft 365, and Teams Admin
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Phone connect and Azure AD
  • Competency in troubleshooting Windows & Mac operating systems
  • Experience with email systems and troubleshooting
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English
