IT Service Desk Support Analyst – 6‑Month Contract (Hybrid, Downtown Toronto)
We're hiring an IT Service Desk Support Analyst on behalf of a well‑established organization to support frontline IT operations. This is an initial 6‑month contract with strong potential for extension, working 4 days per week onsite in Downtown Toronto.
This role is a great fit for someone who thrives in a high‑volume support environment, values customer service, and is interested in long‑term growth within an IT support function.
What you'll be doing
Provide frontline support for incidents and service requests, managing a high volume of tickets while maintaining strong user satisfaction
Apply incident, problem, and service management best practices to resolve issues efficiently and reduce recurring problems
Support and improve IT processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and change management
