As an IT Support / Help Desk Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for all IT-related requests, ensuring smooth day-to-day technology operations across the organization. This role is critical to employee productivity, combining hands-on technical support, user assistance, and IT asset management.
We're looking for a proactive, customer-focused professional who enjoys solving problems, supporting users, and maintaining reliable IT systems in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
Set up, configure, and deploy workstations, laptops, desktops, monitors, and peripherals
