Job Description
- Desktop / laptop troubleshooting (hardware & software)
- Operating system support, W11 upgrade assistance, application support
- Account support (password resets, MFA support, access troubleshooting)
- Support for AE-standard tools (Teams, SAP access coordination, O365)
- Monitor and respond to tickets raised in AE ticketing systems.
- Provide onsite presence for production and office areas.
- Escalate critical/complex issues to AE internal IT teams in a timely manner.
- Maintain full documentation in ticket logs.
Hardware & Asset Management
- Support hardware replacement cycles (including PC replacement programs)
- Assist in logistics, receiving, storage, and proper equipment handling
Network & Infrastructure Support (Level 1 Hands & Eyes)
- Basic network troubleshooting under AE direction
