Job Description

  • Desktop / laptop troubleshooting (hardware & software)
  • Operating system support, W11 upgrade assistance, application support
  • Account support (password resets, MFA support, access troubleshooting)
  • Support for AE-standard tools (Teams, SAP access coordination, O365)
  • Monitor and respond to tickets raised in AE ticketing systems.
  • Provide onsite presence for production and office areas.
  • Escalate critical/complex issues to AE internal IT teams in a timely manner.
  • Maintain full documentation in ticket logs.

Hardware & Asset Management

  • Support hardware replacement cycles (including PC replacement programs)
  • Assist in logistics, receiving, storage, and proper equipment handling

Network & Infrastructure Support (Level 1 Hands & Eyes)

  • Basic network troubleshooting under AE direction
  • IDF/MDF room visual checks and physical tasks
