POSITION PRIMARY PURPOSE

Primarily responsible for guiding, leading, and monitoring the performance of the team members. He/She should work effectively within a team and collaborate with others to achieve a goal.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Serve as the first point of escalation for end users seeking technical assistance.
  • Log all requests received in the Ticketing System and continuously monitor their status.
  • Ensure that all reported IT-related incidents and/or requests are acted upon within the set standards.
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by the end user.
  • Monitor and update the status accordingly as deemed necessary.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • An active/empathic listener
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to manage own time effectively and be prompt and punctual
