Requirements:

· Able to maintain records/logs of repair and fixes.

· Knowledgeable in printers/workstation/notebook/network troubleshooting skills.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

· Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese.

Job Description:

· To support all IT infrastructure such as servers, networking (Firewall, Router, Switch), CCTV, mobile devices, printers and PCs.

· Installs operate and maintains network services, switches, modems, routers, DNS, DHCP and other network devices.

· Administration of the company's LAN and WAN, Cloud Infrastructure.

· Maintains data storage availability and backup system as scheduled.

· Daily control and monitor all the security access and health of all servers and networking devices.
