Job Description
- Resolve and analyse complex technical issues across Microsoft 365, Windows clients, Azure/Entra ID, and device management.
- Manage and optimise the modern workplace, including Intune, endpoint security, and identity & access workflows.
- Serve as an escalation point for support colleagues, contributing to troubleshooting strategies and long-term improvements.
- Support IT projects and rollouts, such as upgrades, migrations, new tools, and system integrations.
- Document processes, solutions, and system changes, while maintaining accurate records in the ITSM platform.
- A service‑focused mindset with the ability to understand user needs, communicate clearly, and provide high-quality support.
