The IT Support / Product Support Engineer (Level 2/3) provides advanced technical and administrative support for the company's product, with a strong focus on backend systems and product administration. This role handles complex issues, supports internal teams and customers, and ensures product stability, performance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for the company's product at an administrative and backend level.
  • Manage product configurations, user roles, permissions, and system settings.
  • Troubleshoot backend issues related to application services, databases, APIs, and integrations.
  • Analyze logs, system metrics, and error reports to identify and resolve issues.
  • Handle escalations from Level 1 support and provide root cause analysis.
