Responsibili1es:

  • Provide 1mely and effec1ve technical support to employees via various communica1on channels (email, phone, in person).

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, soJware, and network issues.

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and soJware
