Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Security and Maintenance
Conduct daily maintenance on the computer system and perform regular testing.
Implement and execute computer system contingency plans.
Troubleshoot and repair computer systems and peripheral equipment, including POE lighting.
Maintain network cabling, workstations, and the lighting network.
Administration and Implementation
Update and maintain inventory lists for computers, laptops, iPads, and mobile phones, along with weekly hardware, software, drivers, and backups.
Set up and configure computers and peripheral equipment like printers, scanners, biometrics, RFID, etc.
Record repairs, fixes, and documentations for future reference.
Test and evaluate new technology.
