Providing first-line IT software support, including Windows 11, Office 365, internal company applications, as well as performing system installation, software deployment, and basic configuration for new computers Preparing documentation such as IT software user manuals Assisting the department secretary with various administrative tasks, such as planning department events and ordering afternoon tea Assisting with other tasks within the department as assigned by supervisor Free lunch Nice Working Environment Good English reading, writing, and communication skills; CET-6 preferred Currently enrolled university student majoring in computer science or a STEM-related field Good interpersonal and communication skills Strong self-learning ability; proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on Able to work at least three days per week
