Job Description
We are currently recruiting an IT Support Assistant for one of our clients based in Brussels.
- Act as a front-line technical contact, delivering hands-on and remote assistance for end-user devices and workplace technology
- Prepare, deploy, and support workstations, mobile devices, printers, and associated hardware throughout their lifecycle
- Diagnose and resolve system, application, and connectivity problems with efficiency and attention to service quality
- Configure and manage operating environments, applications, and physical components to ensure stability and usability
- Proactively maintain systems through updates, patches, and performance checks
- Support IT governance by keeping security procedures, records, and compliance materials current
