IT Support / Asset Management for IT Warehouse

Our Top Client has an IT Support / Asset Management for IT Warehouse contract to hire opening. This person must work on site in Quebec City.

Location: Quebec City, Quebec

Duration: Long term Contract to hire

Duties:

• Maintain the inventory of workstations and telephones in the various computer systems such as Zebca and Octopus (Service Now)
• Conduct cross-platform checks to ensure inventory is compliant in both platforms
• Maintain 15 to 20 positions on a regular basis ready to be deployed
• Work closely with the Control Technicians to ensure that the equipment request is completed as requested
• Distribute workstations and equipment to Technicians according to the requests received
• Follow-up, receive and process returned equipment when a resource leaves or when a site is closed
