Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in IT support, help desk, or technical assistance
  • Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and basic networking concepts
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and commonly used business applications
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Strong communication abilities and a customer-oriented attitude
  • Capability to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively
  • Diploma or certification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus
