Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in IT support, help desk, or technical assistance
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and basic networking concepts
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and commonly used business applications
- Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Strong communication abilities and a customer-oriented attitude
- Capability to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively
- Diploma or certification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus
