Are you a practical, service-focused IT professional who enjoys solving problems and helping people get the most out of technology?

We’re looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our ICT team and provide responsive Level 1 and Level 2 support across the IHC Group.

This is a varied role where no two days are quite the same. You’ll support staff with day-to-day ICT issues, service requests, devices, applications, user access, and business systems. You’ll troubleshoot problems, keep users informed, document fixes, elevate more complex issues when needed, and contribute to a reliable, consistent ICT support experience.
