Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary IT contact for Montreal office users
• Provide remote Level 1 and Level 2 support
• Assist with user onboarding and access changes
• Deploy and support Windows and macOS devices
• Troubleshoot SaaS applications and internal tools
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in IT support or operations
• Strong experience in Windows environments including Intune
• Background in managing Google Workspace services
• Bilingual fluency in English and French
• Familiarity with MDM solutions like Jamf Pro
