IT Support Technician (Desktop / Field Support)
We’re looking for a hands-on IT Support Technician to join a fast-paced environment supporting end users across hardware, software, and network systems. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working directly with users, and being involved in both day-to-day support and larger IT initiatives.
What You’ll Do
+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues across hardware, software, printers, and network connectivity
+ Provide deskside and remote support for end users, ensuring timely resolution and strong customer experience
+ Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
+ Support LAN environments, including basic networking, connectivity, and device setup
+ Perform data backups/restores and assist with system upgrades and migrations
+ Manage and support Active Directory and Group Policy updates
