What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting users across production, logistics, and office teams
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues across multiple platforms
- Deploying and maintaining end‑user and industrial IT equipment
- Helping improve ERP, traceability, and manufacturing systems
- Assisting with data analysis, dashboards, and system optimization
- Supporting cybersecurity monitoring, patching, and awareness initiatives
- Exploring automation, scripting, and early‑stage AI solutions
