Job Description
Position: IT Support Agent
Number of hours: 15 hours/week
Schedule: 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm, EST
Tasks required:
Provide remote IT support to users via phone, email, or helpdesk tools
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues (Windows/macOS)
Set up and maintain email accounts, calendars, and file-sharing systems (e.g., Outlook, MS Teams, GoDaddy)
Assist with EMR (Electronic Medical Record) software and resolve user concerns
Implement and uphold data security standards in alignment with Canadian PHIPA-equivalent guidelines
Ensure proper handling and safeguarding of sensitive client and patient information
Perform other ad hoc administrative or technical tasks as assigned
