Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of the organization's technology infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first- and second-level technical support to end users for hardware, software, printers, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
- Set up and manage user accounts, email accounts, and system access permissions.
