Job Description
Based out of our Adelaide studio, the IT Support role focuses primarily on providing technical assistance and resolving user-specific issues related to production delivery.
The role also involves system administration tasks such as configuring and managing servers, monitoring performance, and ensuring the security and reliability of IT infrastructure, including networks, systems, software and hardware, for staff across all Keywords studios in Australia.
Reporting to the IT Operations Manager you will form part of the Australian IT team to help support all regional studios.
Responsibilities:
Serve as primary contact for Australian users seeking technical support as well as being the technical point of presence in our Adelaide studio. The role will mostly be on-site.
