Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Ensure all security measures, including antivirus software, are current and functioning properly to protect organizational data.
• Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including the setup of workstations and user accounts.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
