Job Description

  • Maintaining SAP ERP incidence, Change request, SQL Query, Crystal Report, Authorization, and License.
  • Maintaining network infrastructure, VLAN, Wireless interference, Internet, and VPN.
  • Maintaining IP-Phone, ATA, Fixed line, and SIP Trunk.
  • Maintaining data security firewall, endpoint security, and confidentiality.
  • Maintaining physical and virtualization backup and restore.
  • Establishing and managing IT policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining Micosoft, Exchange, Team, SharePoint, OneDrive, and cloud services.
  • Researching new IT technologies to determine feasibility and impact.
  • Maintaining yearly budgets for IT departments and companies.
  • Handling others as assigned.
