IT Specialist

The Senior IT Specialist serves as a Functional lead to handle operational leadership in Enterprise IT Operations. He will be the technical backbone of the IT infrastructure. This position provides advanced troubleshooting, manages systems administration (Microsoft Intune, M365, Active Directory, Asset Management Portal and other SaaS tools), and oversees network performance and security including Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Defender. It ensures end-to-end reliability of IT operations while mentoring IT Specialists and driving process improvements. Manage endpoint devices via Intune, enforcing compliance, patch management, and security policies. Oversee Microsoft 365 and Azure AD environments, handling user provisioning, access control, and security.
