IT Specialist

Job Summary

Responsible in computer assembly, software installation and updates, network configuration, printer sharing, shared folder management, technical concerns troubleshooting and repair. Responsible in daily end user support to ensure that the information technology services are consistently provided to the end users. Perform recording of reported technical concerns and actions taken. Prepare and update the list of devices and configuration to be monitored, including workstations, user accounts, switches and routers setup and other technical peripherals.

• Perform computer assembly, and installation and update of operating system
• Perform installation of company programs and softwares including enterprise resource planning system, in-house program, synology drive client, antivirus, and other applications
