Job Description
The IT Specialist is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users, employees, or customers who are facing issues with computer hardware, software, networking, or other technology-related problems.
The role stays up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices and is able to identify new opportunities and strategies for improving overall performance as well as growth.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.) Helpdesk Support
Responding to and resolving user-reported technical issues via various channels such as emails, or ticketing systems.
