Job Description
1. Hardware Maintenance
- Install, configure, and upgrade hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, network devices, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
2. Technical Support
- Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to employees.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Set up new user accounts, emails, and access permissions.
- Be available for urgent remote technical support during rest days or off-hours when critical issues occur.
- Candidates must be available for after-hours emergency support as needed when critical issues arise.
3. Network & Systems Administration
- Maintain and monitor the company's LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VoIP systems.
- Configure TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VPN, Tunnel (IPSEC,L2TP,PPPOe,OSFP,PPTP)
