SCOPE OF THE POSITION

•Good communicator capable of operating well under pressure.

•Adaptable and ability to lead/embrace change.

•Ensure compliance with IT governance requirements, initiatives and practices through promotion and consistent operation of controls in execution of daily responsibilities.

•Maintain computer systems. Currently running on Windows Server 2019/2022 and Windows 11 OS including backups, restoring and storage and monitoring procedures.

•Monitoring and maintaining systems to guarantee the integrity and security of company data.

•Maintenance and upkeep of networking infrastructure.

•Managing and ensuring 1st class service levels are provided to support all customers during the production shift

•Tracking and updating hardware, software and contract information within corporate configuration management database.
