Job Description
The Role:
The IT Specialist will be responsible for supporting daily IT operations across offices and retail stores in Japan. This includes providing technical assistance to employees, maintaining hardware and software systems, assisting with infrastructure, and coordinating with vendors and regional IT teams. The role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and the capability to communicate effectively with both users and IT colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide first-line support for hardware and software issues (PCs, printers, POS terminals, mobile devices).
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment in accordance with company standards.
- Troubleshoot network and system issues, escalating to regional IT or vendors when necessary.
