Summary You will serve as an IT SPECIALIST (INFOSEC) in the Information Technology Department ofNAVAL STATION ROTA . Responsibilities You will interpret, establish, maintain, update, and disseminate polices and procedures to ensure compliance with governing regulations and instructions for the safeguarding and handling of Communications Security (COMSEC) materials. You will plan, design, develop, acquire, documents, tests, implements, integrates, maintains, or modifies systems for resolving problems or accomplishing necessary work processes to effectively accomplish COMSEC program operation. You will coordinate with exercise planners and controlling authorities to designate and call out proper COMSEC keys for joint/combined exercises and operations. You will establish a training program and procedures sufficient to meet regulatory and operational requirements.
