IT Specialist - ERP Support

Summary

The ERP Support will manage BAU support with our Managed Service Provider (MSP), support implementations, and ensure ERP systems are optimized, secure, and well-integrated with dnata’s broader application landscape.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Provide day-to-day support across ERP and related modules (Procurement, FI/CO, Payroll, SuccessFactors).

· Proactively manage BAU incidents, requests, and enhancements with MSP partners.

· Work with business users to capture requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.

· Participate in ERP implementation and upgrade projects, including configuration, testing, and cutover support.

· Understand and support ERP customisations, including Z tables, custom fields, and user exits.

· Read and interpret ABAP code to support debugging, issue resolution, and change requests.
