Job Responsibilities:

✅ Expertise in hiring OPT/CPT candidates through job portals, university networks, and personal database.

✅ Strong, convincing, and negotiation skills.

✅ Experience recruiting US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B, and EAD candidates.

✅ Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle till consultant onboarding.

✅ Good understanding of various technologies and IT skill sets.
