ITTransformation Project Sourcing

• Lead sourcing for major ITtransformation and strategic initiatives.
• Engage early withstakeholders to shape sourcing strategies.
• Ensure timely andcost-effective vendor selection aligned with project goals.

StandardIT Product Selection

• Collaborate with IT teamsand define standardised IT products and services catalogue.
