Job Description
The role will lead initiatives that leverage Generative AI (Copilot) and automation technologies to optimize business processes, enhance decision-making, and drive digital transformation. This role combines business analysis, solution architecture, and innovation leadership, with a strong focus on automation development and prompt engineering for Copilot.

1. AI & Copilot Prompt Development
• Design and implement Copilot prompt strategies to maximize productivity and accuracy across business functions.
• Develop reusable prompt libraries tailored to organizational workflows and compliance standards.
• Continuously refine prompts based on user feedback and AI performance metrics.
