The Information Technology Solution Architecture Specialist – Sales & Services should be an Experienced Salesfore.com(SFDC) Architect who could assess present technology and future technological trends to provide and design robust IT Solutions related to SalesForce.com that ensures seamless information flow among different systems involved. This person should be able to provide guidance, orientation, Proof of concepts on the design of non-standard solutions that could practically implement while being compliant with the business processes.
