Job Title : IT Solution Analyst
Location: Seremban, Malaysia
Job Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Design, develop, implement, and support quality IT applications.
• Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and Technical Specification Documents (TSD).
• Support FUT, SIT, and UAT testing activities.
• Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support.
• Participate in incidents, service requests, change requests, and project delivery.
Job Requirements
• Higher Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Electronics, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT application development, implementation, and support.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a System/Solution Analyst.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of C#.NET, Java, ...
