IT Solution Analyst – CGI Malaysia (Client Engagement)

CGI Malaysia is seeking an experienced IT Solution Analyst to bridge business needs and technology delivery for a client’s application landscape. You will gather and clarify requirements, translate them into functional and technical specifications, and partner with delivery teams to design, build, test and support high-quality solutions across the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Requirements & Solution Definition: Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions. Facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders to confirm scope, assumptions, dependencies and acceptance criteria. Document end-to-end processes, user journeys, and data flows; identify gaps, risks and impacts across systems.
