Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of factory-related information systems, including but not limited to ERP, MRP, production management, warehouse management, quality inspection, and traceability systems.
Manage the full lifecycle of system deployment: requirement gathering, solution confirmation, testing, go-live, and training. Translate business requirements into clear system specifications or implementation plans and coordinate with headquarters and vendors.
Support the daily use of factory systems, handle exceptions, data issues, and workflow inefficiencies, and continuously optimize system processes to improve data accuracy and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with business teams to generate various operational, production, quality, and inventory reports; understand data sources and definitions; and conduct data analysis.
